We hold a Class A asbestos removal licence, so we can remove every type of asbestos: bonded sheeting and roofing as well as friable lagging, insulation and damaged material. We handle the job from notification to disposal, and you get a clearance certificate at the end.
Non-friable (bonded) asbestos is set firmly in cement or another binder: fibro wall sheets, eaves, corrugated roofing, flat sheet under tiles, and some vinyl floor tiles. It is stable while it is intact, which is why so much of it is still in Western NSW homes and farm sheds.
Friable asbestos can be crumbled by hand. It includes pipe lagging, boiler and heater insulation, sprayed insulation, some old fire doors, and any bonded sheeting that is badly weathered, broken or fire damaged. In NSW only a Class A licence holder can remove friable asbestos. A Class B licence covers bonded material only. We hold Class A, so one crew can take the whole job, whatever turns up once walls and ceilings come open.
Most of our asbestos work comes before demolition or renovation: fibro houses, sheds, shearing sheds, old workshops, school and council buildings, and asbestos cement pipe. We also remove asbestos from sites that have to stay open, isolating the work area so the rest of the building can keep running.
Where asbestos is buried or mixed through soil, the job becomes contaminated land remediation. We do that too, and we can run both under one plan.
Asbestos waste is wrapped and labelled on site, then carted to a facility licensed to accept it. Loads over 100 kg or 10 square metres are tracked through the NSW EPA WasteLocate system, and we keep the disposal records for your file.

We lodge the SafeWork NSW notification, prepare the asbestos removal control plan and tell neighbours where needed.
The area is set up, wetted, removed and cleaned. Friable work runs with air monitoring throughout.
An independent clearance inspection is done, you receive the certificate, and the waste goes to a licensed facility.
