Before a building put up before 2004 is demolished, the asbestos in it has to be identified, and licensed removal has to happen before the structure comes down. Many demolition firms bring in a separate asbestos contractor for this, which adds a second quote, a second set of dates and a gap between the two.

Concrete, brick, steel and timber are separated on site and recycled wherever there is an outlet for them. Everything else leaves on covered loads. We control dust and noise while we work, and we finish with the site levelled and clean, ready for the builder, the surveyor or the next owner.
