When asbestos, building waste or other contamination is mixed through the ground, it has to be excavated, managed and disposed of properly before the site can be used. We carry out that work across Western NSW, from a single house block to large public sites.
Most contaminated land jobs in regional NSW involve asbestos: old sheeting broken up and buried, demolition waste used as fill, or rubbish dumped on public land. The work needs an asbestos licence and serious earthmoving plant at the same time. We have both.
We work to the remediation action plan prepared by your environmental consultant or hygienist, and we support the validation sampling that signs the site off.
We work for councils and state agencies on land that has to be made safe for the public, including roadsides, reserves and former housing sites. As an ISO 45001 certified and SCM0100 prequalified contractor, we meet the safety and documentation requirements those clients have.
